When you want your best mate (or your sister, or your dad) to be the one saying the words, but you still need someone registered to handle the legal side. I do all the paperwork, stand quietly to the side during the ceremony, step in if needed, and make sure everything's filed properly the next day. Your friend gets the spotlight. You get a legally valid marriage.
No matter which package you choose, you get the full legal service and me on the other end of an email or phone call whenever you need.

Notice of Intended Marriage, the Commonwealth marriage certificate you sign on the day, and lodgement with Births, Deaths and Marriages after the ceremony. The official BDM certificate (for visas and name changes) is an optional add-on.

Email, text, phone, whenever you need me before the day. Most couples have a few questions in the lead-up; I'd rather you ask than wonder.
Travel within your local area
Legals & Micro: Southport down through the Tweed and across to Byron. Classic & Custom go wider: anywhere on the Gold Coast and into the Hinterland. Beyond your tier's zone is $1 per kilometre.
Ritual elements at no charge
Sand ceremonies, handfasting, ring warming, family blessings: if you want one, it's part of the package. No upgrade fee.
Add-ons & extras
Bilingual ceremony (English & Spanish)
Ceremony delivered in both languages (the legal vows and Monitum must be in English by law, but everything else can be bilingual). A simple Spanish welcome, a bilingual signing, or short Spanish moments inside an English ceremony are included at no charge across all packages. Pricing below applies when you want the full ceremony in both languages, where writing your personalised story in Spanish is a lot of extra work.

Travel outside your included area
I happily travel anywhere in reach (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, hinterland, further afield). Charged per kilometre from my base on the southern Gold Coast / Tweed Coast, beyond the area included with your package.

If you'd like the official Births, Deaths and Marriages certificate (the one used for visas and legal name changes), I can lodge it for you. This saves you the ID verification step and a bit of admin. You can also apply yourself online and I'll show you how.

Wedding celebrants in Australia typically charge $400 to $2,500. Registry-style and very simple ceremonies sit around $400 to $600. Mid-range celebrants who write a personalised ceremony charge $700 to $1,300. Premium boutique celebrants charge $2,000 and up. On the Gold Coast and Tweed/Byron specifically, my packages run from $550 (legals only) to $1,250 (fully custom), with most couples spending $750 to $950.
My packages start from $550 (Legals Only) up to $1,250 (Full Custom Ceremony). Most couples land somewhere in the middle: the Micro Wedding from $750 for up to 20 guests, or the Classic Ceremony at $950 with PA available if needed. Local travel is included with every package; beyond your tier's included area, travel is $1 per kilometre. A fully bilingual English/Spanish ceremony is +$100 for Classic or +$200 for Full Custom.
Every package includes an initial planning session, all your legal paperwork (Notice of Intended Marriage, Commonwealth marriage certificate on the day, post-ceremony lodgement with Births, Deaths and Marriages), unlimited contact with me before the day, the ceremony itself, travel within your tier's included area (Legals & Micro: Southport through the Tweed across to Byron; Classic & Custom: anywhere on the Gold Coast and into the Hinterland as well), and any small ritual elements you'd like (sand ceremony, handfasting) at no extra cost.
A simple Spanish-language delivery (a few words of welcome, a bilingual signing, the kind of thing that makes Spanish-speaking family feel included) is at no extra charge across all packages. A fully bilingual ceremony, where every line of your personalised story or ceremony is delivered in both English and Spanish, is +$100 for the Classic package or +$200 for the Full Custom package, where writing the love story in both languages is significantly more work.
Yes, a deposit secures your date, with the balance due before the ceremony. I'll send you the exact terms in writing once we've confirmed you're ready to book.
The base prices on this page work for most dates: weekdays, Sundays, and off-peak weekends. For peak Saturday afternoons during wedding season (roughly March to November), I sometimes apply a small premium on the Legals and Micro packages. That slot books fastest, and locking it in for a short ceremony means turning down longer bookings nearby. I'll quote it case-by-case when you enquire. No surprises after the fact.
